I did this in the salon at home from Instagram @pallyynails! 😙 He is super professional and can create many fashionable designs! She actually used an airbrush for the blush nails, which I thought was really cool 😋 Paid about $55~

I actually did this myself as a semi-newbie! 🥹 I’ll do a separate post detailing the different materials and where I bought them, but TLDR, I got the materials from Shopee and Taobao! 🫣 But in fact, it is of quite good quality, but the care will probably not be as long as in the salon! I highly recommend doing this to save money 🤑

This is my favorite!!! 😍 I recently made this and loved it! I actually did this at JB, JBCC at a store known as “Nails Studio”! This is my second time here and while they may not be able to create super fancy or intricate designs, they are truly professional and can make most of them! 🤩 Plus I got a manicure on my hands and feet for S$80+! 🤑

I went back to my regular nail salon and got a design on xiaohongshu that I had been eyeing for a long time – blush nails + glitter + silver.

Last time I got my nails done, the longevity was crazy, like 2 months+? and the only reason I took it off was because my nails were getting too long!

They usually have a big studio and a TV on the wall to watch Netflix while waiting for your nails to be done ~ the nail technician they assigned me was the same as last time and wasn’t very talkative, which I appreciate , to be honest, because she was so focused on my nails that I felt bad for bothering her, so I mostly watched the Christmas movie that was playing on TV 📺

My total was $52 because I booked a time slot with a 10% discount (limited and can only be booked through their stories during certain periods).

I originally wanted these 3D gel hearts, but I think they might be a lower premium design 🥲

Overall still a good experience and a lot of my friends told me they like my nails too so give it a try! I always like to get my nails done when I travel, so when I booked a flight to Japan for cherry blossom season, I knew I had to book a manicure too! ✅Experienced and efficient service. I did my manicure in about 1.5 hours and I can say that she has experience in painting my nails 👍🏻

✅Nails continue to hold up perfectly for almost a month! Not a single bead or gem fell off and there were no chips at all 💅

My Experience @ Jill & Lovers, Harajuku

They had an assortment of XHS/Pinterest colors!!!! They were all so wonderful. I’ve been to other salons before and have never seen a place with so many translucent gels/fancy colors! Besides pastels, they also have a good selection of muted colors, which I think are quite hard to find.

The whole conservation thing is going crazy. No breakages, no chips, not a single peeling from the nails. I went 5-6 weeks without a new set. Usually by the third week the paint was coming off my nails.

I paid $40 for a classic manicure. I think their express is $18? It’s definitely not as cheap as a regular hair salon at home or even doing it yourself. But these ladies always have the desired nail shape! And since I don’t do it every month, I think it’s a good price. You also get free removal.

I always went to the salon and didn’t have to make an appointment in advance. I guess I was very lucky, but this salon is also not very crowded, so I always managed to get a seat. It’s recommended that you make a reservation, but if you’re in a pinch, they can probably get you a spot. 🤪

One of my favorite feminine parts…manicures. 🥹 For someone who used to bite their nails into pieces, finally breaking the habit and finally being able to see myself with long nails was a confidence booster and empowering experience that also led me to get the bunny of the month manicure. 😰

My favorite manicurist, I love her so much – her work is so clean and precise. 💗 Makes very good Japanese style designs (marble, etc.). Even her simple color ensembles look so rich, vibrant and AMAZING. 🥵 She’s also friendly and it’s always a good time to hang out with her. Unfortunately, I had to stop for a while, for example. its price range was a little out of reach for me at the time. 😢 I highly recommend her if you are looking for a nail technician with amazing technique and work. ⭐️💪🏼

I visited it for the first time BC. I won a manicure gift from her and was amazed by her art and technique! She is very talented – she had one of my favorite sets from her (opal white mermaid nails). 🧜‍♀️⭐️ Finally, I stopped BC. the location was not the most convenient for me and the price range is also a little out of reach for me at the moment.

I found her through Instagram and visited British Columbia. her house was within walking distance of mine! Her designs are amazing and I especially love the French language tips for the safari I took with her. 😭🥹One of my favorite sets! In terms of quality, it seemed to me that the conservation was not the best, and when I visited it in 2020.
