I love putting together cute themed gifts for my kids. For their Easter baskets, I have a monogrammed ribbon that I put on each one. This is actually the belt I used in my son’s newborn photos! I chose several items for each grade, including egg shakers (my 9 month old’s favorite), LEGO seasons (great for preschoolers and older kids), and more. I love tic tac toe!
I love the party plates and cups for the kids, but I try to keep them handy. A couple of years ago in the Easter baskets for the kids I put in these cute monsters that had their letters written on them and they used them. at least once a week when they want a “mug like an adult” (or more often sprinkle Oreos in milk).
I always like to include something my kids can wear because it’s practical. I have to buy them new spring shoes anyway, so they will be in the Easter basket! I bought the Native for my kids 3 years ago and they are great shoes. They can get wet, dry quickly, and go from playground to beach in the blink of an eye. The shoes (below) are very light. My son calls them “speed shoes” because he feels like he can run faster in them. And both are Velcro closures, making it easy for my kids to put on their shoes by themselves.

If I come across it before Easter, I may or may not add shovels/buckets as most of them broke last summer and are constantly being used in the yard to make candy.
