Place two nails on each side of the dowel and hot glue the bottom. Place the dowels adhesive side down in the areas around the dent, repeat as many times as necessary to cover the area, let dry and pull out each time until the dent is gone.

Place and pull the same dowels in several different places across the recess until most of them come out. If you’re going to try this method, make sure you have enough glue and a little patience. Use alcohol or heat to separate the adhesive from the car.

When a dent forms on your car, not only does the metal seep in, but the surrounding edges of the dent rise up, creating what looks like a small volcano. This means that pulling the dent from the bottom is not the way to go.
