The back door no longer opens. Although it looks good. I can’t praise the car enough. The steering wheel is thrown to the right and the key will not turn in transit. The main part seems fine, although I can’t really tell at night.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune! I know exactly how you feel. After a month and a half of owning my RAV the rear end broke. I’m not sure where it happened, it could have been in the parking lot or in my driveway. It was hit and run, no notes. About 3 days later, wow! P.S. The reason you can’t turn the ignition key off is because the front wheels are under tension so the lock cylinder can’t release the steering wheel. Try to turn the key by turning the wheel from side to side.
Oh. Your accident looks worse than mine and if they can fix yours with no problems I hope mine will be easy to fix. However, the back door not opening worries me. I won’t even move.
