Take the fabric and lay it flat. Gently pour regular dish soap into the sticky mess. I used 7th generation, but any soap should be fine. Try not to leave too much – just a drop (it foams up and the stain can be hard to see.) If you work too much, just wipe it off with a towel – nothing big.

Blue Dawn dish soap is usually considered the magic item when it comes to DIY cleaners, so it’s a good buy.
Let the soap sit for about 10-15 minutes. Now you want to take a butter knife or credit card and gently scrape. All the gummies should come out in a few seconds.
If you notice that there is some residue from the special anti-sticker, a final step is to try heating up your flat iron or I use a flat iron on my hair. Place a paper towel between the iron (or iron) and the shirt and heat it for just a second or two. Remove the iron and paper towel and hopefully you’ll have a few large pieces that you can just scrape off with your fingertip.

I googled and googled… and all I found were ways to remove sticker go that involved multiple steps and multiple products that I thought would further damage the factory. Then a friend of mine gave me a suggestion out of the blue that I would like to share with you!
Be sure to read the instructions on how to care for the garment…if it is not meant to be ironed, you cannot use this method.
Easy Ways: How To Remove Sticker Residue From Any Surface
Take the shirt (or other garment), place it on the ironing board and cover the area where the sticker will be left/the area of the shirt that the iron will touch with the two layers of paper products. Set your iron on high (not full) and leave it on the area long enough to heat the grain (
**Note that in the photo above I was very careful not to touch the flower decorations with the iron as this will make them brittle.
When removing the iron, act quickly and use a fingernail to begin gently scratching the finger. The goo will cool very quickly and you’ll just have to keep repeating the heating/scraping process until the goo is completely scraped off.
It probably took me about 10 times to go back and forth between heating the area with the iron and scraping the flesh…but guess what?!

I then recommend washing the shirt again…this will help set up the area you just scraped and you won’t be able to tell there was ever a sticker there in the first place! Washed and dried clothes are the worst…unless you know this secret to easy removal in 30 seconds or less!

Glean Sticky Stuff Remover Liquid
If you’ve ever washed and dried a sticker on your clothes, you know it can be a bear to get off.
If you don’t already know, this little secret will save you a lot of time and money the next time a sticker is stuck on the back (or front) of your children’s clothes and in your washing machine.
Then rub the sticker with a cloth or cotton ball. You don’t need to scrub, just make sure the entire sticker is wet.
Rub the area a little more to get all the sticker off. (For the most stubborn, you might want to choose something milder.)
